    How do you self-motivate?

    1. Try to think about yourself from a third-person perspective. It makes it easier to see what you could do, and why you should do it.
Spending time with people I really like always motivates me.
Anything that puts you in a positive frame of mind can help you do things, rather than just stressing about all the things that you’re not doing.
