		<description>Because Big Entertainment doesn&#039;t want you to do what you want with the media you buy - they&#039;d rather have you pay every time you watch a DVD, burn a CD, listen to an MP3 on your computer/MP3 player, watch a TV show at any time other than its scheduled showtime . . . and they want to get this system in place under the guise of &quot;protecting copyright&quot; or &quot;protecting the artists&quot;. (Bullshit, I say.)

And people buy DRMed products for one of three reasons:

1) They believe the bullshit.
2) They don&#039;t believe the bullshit, but they don&#039;t particularly care.
3) They know it&#039;s bullshit, they care enough to want to do something, but think that resistance is futile.</description>
