		<description>I think that it&#039;s seen as a way to bootstrap and start a company. Thus, the company doesn&#039;t really have the capacity, redundancy, or complete solution in place.

I&#039;m an avid reader of Ian Landsmen&#039;s blog. He makes HelpSpot, a software package you download and install on your own server. He&#039;s mentioned that he thinks the focus on SaaS is removing focus from where it could be better utilized within the install software market.
